4. Products and Artwork
4.1 Descriptions and Images
We make every effort to display artworks as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device screen accurately reflects the true colors and textures of physical artworks. Slight variations between the displayed image and the actual piece are possible and do not constitute grounds for a return.
4.2 Availability
All artworks are subject to availability. As many pieces are one-of-a-kind originals, availability can change without notice. If you place an order for an item that is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or offer an alternative.
4.3 Limited Editions and Originals
Where artworks are described as “limited edition” or “original,” they are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Any edition numbers are stated in the product description.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though your confirmed order will always be honored at the price at the time of purchase.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Bank transfers (for large or institutional orders — contact us directly)
All transactions are processed securely. Mika Art Gallery does not store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
For international transactions, your bank or card provider may apply foreign currency conversion fees. These are beyond our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Worldwide Shipping
We ship artworks worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination, artwork size, and weight.
6.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Mika Art Gallery is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of original artworks, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The artwork arrived damaged or significantly different from its description.
- The wrong item was delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of any damage.
7.2 Return Conditions
If a return is approved, artworks must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
7.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned artwork in its original condition. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
8. Commissions and Custom Orders
Mika Art Gallery facilitates custom and commissioned artwork upon request. Commissioned works are subject to a separate agreement, including deposit terms, timelines, revision policies, and final approval. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
Deposits paid for commissioned works are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the commission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mika Art Gallery shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
- Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or personal information.
- Any third-party actions, including shipping carriers, payment processors, or customs authorities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website and making purchases, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
